Adsense Arbitrage

It is to buy cheap keywords on Adwords, redirect to pages with Adsense blocks and win as differentiated Adwords - Adsense.
Ex:
You are bidding € 1 per click for a competitive keyword.
Visitors click on your sponsored link Adwords (25 per day).
Once on your page, they click on the link all Adsense which pays € 1.30.

Another example:

The goal is to make web sites devoted entirely to Adsense (or other platform CPC).
